International recognition for Catherine Boxhall

There are awards and there are awards – and to be recognised by one’s peers and clients as an industry leader is praise indeed. Principal and founder of Integra Law, Catherine Boxhall, was recently recognised as one of Australia’s top patent transaction lawyers in the IAM Patent 1000: The World’s Leading Patent Professionals. This is the world’s most definitive guide to patent experts, compiled through an independent and robust process.

The researchers behind the IAM Patent 1000 noted that “identifying ways for Generation Xers and Millennials to develop and add value is vital for law firms if they are to evolve successfully and be in a position to provide the pragmatic, commercial and cost-effective advice that clients are desperate for. Paying greater mind to diversity and more flexible working arrangements are also very important.”

Providing pragmatic, commercial and cost-effective advice is central to how the Integra Law team works, and working flexibly is normal for us!

Catherine and the rest of the Integra Law team are passionate about translating Australia’s cutting-edge research into products that will benefit our world. Patents and contracts play an important part of that process, and working with research institutions, startups and investors to achieve that is a joy and a privilege.
